Samsung Galaxy s4 receives its first software update

No it’s not Android 4.3 or Android Key Lime Pie just jet.

Let me get this out of the way before you get to excited. The software update that just got released is not Android 4.3 or Key Lime Pie.

A short while ago Samsung started to roll out the first of many software updates to the Samsung Galaxy s4. The update is just a small improvement to stability according to the change log.

First software update for Galaxy s4

Samsung has gotten a lot of hate for the lack of internal storage in the 16 GB model. Due to the size of touchwiz and the pre installed apps on the device a mere 8 GB was what we got to store our games pictures and music among other things. Although Samsung has just said that they would look into the matter and try to improve the storage on the S4 it is not likely to be implemented on this update.

It will be exciting to see what Samsung can do to improve this already magnificent device in future firmware updates.
