Step - Step

First Download ClockworkMod Recovery CyanogenMod 9 for Galaxy Gio. Via the following link (px-cwm-v2.zip, 7:13 MB).
Copy px-cwm-v2.zip SD card into the phone.
Reboot the phone into recovery mode by pressing the Home / OK When you press the power button to turn on the phone. In recovery mode, use the Volume keys to navigate and Home button / OK to select.
In the recovery menu, select Install zip from sdcard> select zip from sdcard, select the px-cwm-v2.zip, and confirm that you want to install it. After finished reboot your phone.
Go to this website. Go to the download page. Download the updated versions of CyanogenMod 9 for the Galaxy Gio by pressing the direct download link. (The current version is 4.0.4 ice cream sandwich (AOSP) RC 2; full_gio-ota-eng.rc2.zip, 116 MB)
Connect your Galaxy Gio mobile phone to the PC with a USB cable.
Copy the ROM file you downloaded earlier disudah SD card into your phone.
Disconnect the phone from the PC.
Turn off your phone.
Reboot the phone into recovery mode as in step 3.
From the recovery menu, select Install zip from sdcard> choose zip from sdcard, select the ROM file that you copied earlier on, and confirm that you want to install it. It will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
Back to the recovery menu.
Select "Wipe data / factory reset" and confirm.
Select "Go Back" to return to the main menu.
Select "Reboot system now" to restart your phone.
If you are having problems with Wi-Fi (Do not install this patch if there is no problem), download the patch from the following link (wifi_fix_galaxyics.zip, 314 kB). Copy the file to the SD card. enter recovery mode as step 3. Flash patch file, and restart the phone.
